LX has more than 15 years of leadership development & human resources development experience ranging from, designing and implementing leadership and learning initiatives and organizational training plans to executive coaching and workshop facilitation. LX’s extensive and broad-based corporate experience in the Human Resources space spreads across the Information Technology, Military, Education, Manufacturing, FMCG and Professional Services Industries.

Some of his senior level leadership roles included being the Asia Pacific South of Head of Learning Solutions at Harvard Business Publishing, Corporate Learning and the Head of Talent Development for 3M Singapore.

LX is a Certified Solution Focused Coach accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification. Some of his past coaching assignments included executive coaching for CEOs and Heads of Department, career development coaching, team coaching for senior managers, integrated talent coaching program for high potentials and leadership coaching skills for People Managers. LX has done work in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Hong Kong.

LX graduated from RMIT University with a Masters of Education (Leadership & Management). He is currently a professional member with the Adult Educator Network, Institute of Adult Learning, facilitated several round table discussions and seminars, and has spoken at the Asia Pacific Charisma Conference 2013 as a panel speaker.
